TIEKEThe data exchange guide is created for the needs of the organization on the logistic business branch that are going to take electronic standard form data interchange into the use to make it easier. The different steps of the data interchange, the responsibilities and tasks of the parties and the features of the systems used in the electronic data interchange are described in the guide. With the help of the guidebook the organizations and their personal can get information how to develop their systems and to applications or services to realize an advantageous data interchange. There is an assumption that the organizations are going to use the messages and the syntaxes of UBL (Universal Business Language) or UN/EDIFACT (United Nations Electronic data Interchange for Administration, Commerce and Transport).

This document contains message implementation guidelines of a subset of UN/EDIFACT (United Nations Electronic Data Interchange for Administration, Commerce and Transport) DESADV (Despatch advice message) based on the directory D.14A. The message is used to send despatch advice or packing list information from a consignor to a consignee.

The message is used to send transport status information from a carrier of the transportation to a consignor or to a consignee.

This document contains message implementation guidelines of a subset of UN/EDIFACT (United Nations Electronic Data Interchange for Administration, Commerce and Transport) IFTSTA (International multimodal status report message) based on the directory D.14A. The message is used to send status information of a transport from a carrier to a consignor and a consignee company.

This document contains message implementation guidelines of a subset of UBL/XML (Universal Business Language / Extensible Markup Language) version 2.1 Order message. The message is used to send transport order information from a consignor or other party ordering the transportation to a carrier.

Transport Order – UN/EDIFACT D.14A:
This document contains message implementation guidelines of a subset of UN/EDIFACT (United Nations Electronic Data Interchange for Administration, Commerce and Transport) IFTMIN (Instruction message) based on the directory D.14A. The message is used to send transport order information from a consignor or an issuer of a transport order to a transport company. The transport order message defined in this document can be used in normal, non-recurring as well as contact-based ordering activities.
